  6.    Physicists don't like the appearance of the standard calligraphic fonts
  7. when speaking about Lagrangian density, Hamiltonian density, or the measure 
  8. in the path integral. Fortunately, the Ralph Smith Formal Script (rsfs) 
  9. fonts provide the desired shapes. The mathrsfs package makes them accesible
  10. via the command \mathscr{ABC}.

  12.    To use this package, just write
  13. \usepackage{mathrsfs}
  14. in the preamble of the document.
  15.  
  16.    If you don't have the rsfs fonts ready, get the METAFONT sources from 
  17. the nearest CTAN archive in directory tex-archive/fonts/rsfs.

  19.   This package contains 3 files, namely
  20.   mathrsfs.rme    This readme file
  21.   mathrsfs.sty    Package file
  22.   Ursfs.fd        Font definition file
  23. The latter two file need to be in the search path of LaTeX2e.

  25.   This package is different from Vadim V. Zhytnikov's calrsfs package in
  26. several aspects. It does not overwrite the \mathcal command, so that you
  27. have the calligraphic shape still available. I also choose to do some 
  28. internal things in a different way.
